map), by way of Via dei Banchi Vecchi, continue on to the Pantheon,
cross over to the other side of C.so Vittorio and visit P.za Campo dei

Peters and the Vatican Museums. S. Peters is a few hundred
yards from the apartment, you can view Michelangelos dome from the
street. To reach the Vatican Museum walk over the other side of the square,
continue on to P.za Risorgimento then along side the Vatican Walls going
north until you reach the entrance to the museum. |

To the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps take bus 46, 62 or 64 to Piazza Venezia and than is a short walk on to Via del Corso |

Take bus 46, 64, 62, 64 or 98 on Via Gregorio VII (going towards the tunnel) to P.za
Venezia then you may continue on foot to the Forum and the Colosseum
by way of Via dei Fori Imperiali. | | |

Enjoy the
charm of Trastevere, walk through the tunnel of P.ta Cavallegeri,
right on Via della Lungara, right on Via della Scala to P.za S. Maria
in Trastevere. |
For peace
and tranquillity, walk to Gianicolos park where one can enjoy
one of the most spectacular views of the city from above, then to the
Park of Villa Pamphili for jogging or to rest under the pine trees.
Go right on Via delle Mura Aurelie until you get to P.ta S. Pancrazio,
to the left is Gianicolo, to the right is Villa Pamphili. | |
