The base price for renting the apartment is Euro 150 per night and it is ALL INCLUSIVE
(clean sheets, one set of clean towels per person, all utilities and final cleaning).
There are NO additional costs.
We rent for a minimum of two nights.
Prices are intended for four persons.
It is possible to add an additional bed for Euro 20 per night.
A sixth bed can be added at no additional charge.
Indoor parking is available at Euro 15 per night.

We apply DISCOUNTS between 10 – 30 % depending on time of the year and length of stay.
A 10 % discount is applied for stays of at least 6 nights.
A 20 % discount is applied for stays of at least 10 nights.
A 30 % discount is applied for stays over 14 nights.
We apply a 15 % discount for last minute booking up to two weeks before stay.

We also apply discounts based on time of the year.
We consider high season the period from 12/21 to 01/06 and from 03/10 and 08/31.
During medium season the period from 09/01 to 11/30 a 5 % discount can be applied.
During low season the period from 01/07 to 03/10 and from 11/03 to 12/19 a 10 % discount can be applied.

A deposit of Euro 200 is due upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of your stay given there is no damage to the apartment.
